Tristan Loanzon, principal at Loanzon LLP, is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried cases to verdict before juries and judges. He has also served as outside general counsel to medium-sized corporations. Before forming his commercial litigation firm, he worked at big firms in Washington and New York, where he represented Fortune 100 corporations in regulatory compliance and litigation. He graduated from Northwestern University Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review, and Georgetown University. For over a decade, Tristan has been an adjunct faculty of Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at Cardozo Law School, and the Lawyering Program at NYU School of Law. Tristan is admitted to practice law in New York and California.
