Hin Ton (Tracy) Wong is an associate at The Law Firm of Hugh H. Mo, P.C. (Mo Law). She received her J.D. from Penn State Law, where she was a clinical student in the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic (CIRC), representing institutional clients engaged in community outreach and education, and removal defense for individual clients, including but not limited to, asylees in family detention. While in law school, she volunteered with pro bono legal service groups for asylum-seeking families detained in Dilley, Texas and Berks County, Pennsylvania. 

Born and raised in Queens, New York, she is a Chinatown restaurant kid and received B.A.s in History and Political Science at SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to law school, she was a Programs Assistant at The Asian American Writers’ Workshop (AAWW), a 501(c) nonprofit and incubator for emerging AAPI writers with a commitment to social justice.
