Scot Crichton joined Broadridge in 2007. In 2013 Scot established Broadridge’s retail alternative investment business, setting the standard for proxy and retail shareholder solicitation strategy. Scot is a member of Broadridge’s sales leadership team. In 2023, Scot became the Head of Disclosure Sales, one of Broadridge’s fastest-growing businesses.
