Ron Lord is Chief Operating Officer of CompSci Resources, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Broadridge Investor Communication Solutions, Inc. Prior to his role as COO of CompSci, Mr. Lord was in the private practice of law specializing in complex commercial litigation handling matters ranging from business torts and corporate contractual disputes to federal securities fraud claims. Mr. Lord also served as general counsel and associate general counsel of a publicly traded NYSE company. Mr. Lord received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School and undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of America
