A true believer, Ms. Chaudhry aggressively and creatively defends her clients’ rights, regardless of the charges leveled against them. She has handled criminal matters from the most sophisticated white-collar cases to homicide. Ms. Chaudhry also represents individuals in regulatory proceedings, such as FINRA and SEC actions, as well as alleged Title IX violations, where she has won complete acquittal after trial for her student-clients. For nearly two decades, Ms. Chaudhry has taught Trial Advocacy at institutions such as Cardozo Law School, Rutgers School of Law, and the New Jersey Public Defender; she has also lectured as adjunct faculty at Columbia Law School and Fordham Law School. She is the author of “Crimes of Dishonesty: Perjury, False Statement, and Obstruction of Justice” in White Collar Crime: Business and Regulatory Offenses (2023) and “Crisis Communication and Media Strategy” in Defending Federal Criminal Cases (2023). Ms. Chaudhry received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley with High Honors and was graduated from Northwestern University School of Law at the age of 23. She has an undying love for the Cleveland Browns.
