Khanh V. Nguyen (he/him) is the Program Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Fordham University School of Law, where he assists in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment for students, faculty, and staff. With a rich and varied background as a former M&A, tax and human rights attorney, Mr. Nguyen brings a unique perspective to his role, combining a deep understanding of complex legal issues with a passionate commitment to social justice.

Before joining Fordham Law, Mr. Nguyen practiced law for several years in Asia, as an M&A attorney and subsequently as a wealth manager. His work in tax law involved advising clients on intricate financial regulations and compliance matters. Ironically, this work is where began developing an interest in the intersection of tax and human rights, leading him back to New York to focus on advocating for marginalized communities, both domestically and internationally. 

At Fordham Law, Mr. Nguyen works closely with students, faculty, and administration to create programs and policies that support underrepresented groups, promote cultural competency, and ensure all members of the legal community feel valued and included. In this role, Mr. Nguyen continues to champion the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring Fordham Law remains a leader in fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

Mr. Nguyens holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his J.D. from Charleston School of Law, and an LL.M. in Tax from Boston University School of Law.
