Hatsuki Miyata serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Balchem  Corporation (Nasdaq: BCPC), a $5B market cap, global health and nutrients company. She leads the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance functions at Balchem, serves on the ESG executive steering commitee, works closely with the Board of Directors, and provides strategic advice and legal  counsel to the Chairman, President and CEO and senior management on various maters ranging  from corporate governance, M&A, environmental, securities, regulatory, litgation, insurance,  enterprise risk management, compliance, investor relations, and Tax/Treasury.  

Prior to joining Balchem, Hatsuki served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Allegion plc (NYSE: ALLE), a S&P 500 global company in the safety and access solutions industry. She also served as Principal of Allegion Ventures. Prior to Allegion, Hatsuki honed her international business skills and expertise in-house at The Procter & Gamble Company.  

Hatsuki has an M.B.A. with Honorsfrom the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D.  from the University of Michigan Law School, and an LL.M. from the University of Tokyo Graduate  School of Law and Politics. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and is NACD Directorship Certified®.
