• Represented Elliott Management Corporation as a lender to Magenta Buyer in a drop-down new money and refinancing transaction

• Represented an ad hoc group of term lenders of Maverick Gaming in a comprehensive amendment and uptier exchange

• Represented Aventiv Technologies in an uptiering refinancing transaction

• Represented an ad hoc group of term lenders in LifeScan Global in connection with an amendment and extension of its first lien and second lien credit facilities

• Represented an ad hoc group of secured and unsecured creditors in Diebold Nixdorf in connection with a new money superpriority financing and exchanges of existing debt instruments

• Represented an ad hoc group of term lenders in Mitel Networks in connection with a new money and uptiering transaction

• Represented a term lender and secured convertible noteholder in Invacare Corporation’s pre-arranged chapter 11 restructuring

• Represented a term lender to TEAM Inc. in connection with covenant tightening amendments, refinancings and M&A transactions
