Dianna Lam is currently an Associate within the Core Legal team at TD Securities (USA) LLC. She was previously an Assistant Vice President on the Legal team at Blackstone, Inc. and prior to that was a Legal Assistant at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Dianna is a graduate of the Evening Division program at Fordham Law School where she obtained her J.D. degree. She is a proud recipient of the Adele L. Monaco Memorial Award and the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Student Award through Fordham Law School.

As a native New Yorker who was born and raised in Chinatown, Manhattan, Dianna has made it her mission to not only advocate for her community, but also women of color.  During the COVID pandemic, she organized and assisted in the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY)’s Covid Rent Relief event, which aided tenants with limited english proficiency in applying for emergency rental assistance, and the Legal Hotline, which allowed non-English speaking individuals to consult with attorneys and interpreters for free legal advice and referrals. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of AABANY’s Pro Bono & Community Service Committee where she supports their monthly pro bono legal clinics and goals.
