Charles Jung is a civil rights attorney and community organizer. His day job is as a civil rights lawyer at Nassiri & Jung LLP, where he guides clients through moments of crisis, sharing authentic storytelling in court, in the press, or in the community to reframe narratives, create social change, and achieve personal redemption. He represents executives, professionals, and founders in internal investigations and high-level separations. In his employment and wage & hour defense practice, his clients have ranged from large publicly-held companies to smaller, privately-held businesses. Charles is a frequent commentator in the press on the topics of civil rights and employment law. He graduated with Distinction from Stanford Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review. He earned his B.A. from Duke University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Master’s from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Kennedy Fellow. His honors and awards include: being named a Top 100 Attorney in every year from 2013-22, and inclusion in the list of Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine in every year since 2009.
