Beatrice is a solo practitioner who specializes in Matrimonial and Family Law, with her firm Law Office of Beatrice Leong, located in Midtown Manhattan. 

She has practiced exclusively in the field of divorce and family law since her admittance to the New York State bar.

She received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and her bachelors from SUNY Binghamton, where she double majored in English Literature & Rhetoric and Asian & Asian American Studies. 

Beatrice was the Membership Director and Vice President of Programs and Operations of Asian American Bar Association of New York. Beatrice won on AABANY's "Member of the Year" in 2019- 2020, and "Program of the Year" in 2020-2021, “Committee of theYear in 2021-2022.” Beatrice was also picked “Best Under 40” By National Asian and Pacific American Bar Association.
